There is no minimum order amount, but orders up to 500 UAH are sent with full prepayment.

Payment

You can pay for your purchase on the twins.ua website in the following ways:

We are very grateful for your interest in our products and please consider the following points when paying:

  • Cash on delivery is available for all product categories. For bulky goods such as strollers, beds - we work with full or partial prepayment, like all children's goods stores.
  • The nuances of payment can be clarified with the manager by phone when placing an order (see Section - Order).
  • We use secure payment methods and do our best to prevent any misunderstandings, therefore we ask you to keep receipts, receipts, screenshots, e-mails with payment confirmation until you receive the goods and within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Also, please note that electronic or banking systems have their own deadlines for crediting money, and if the receipt of funds is delayed for reasons beyond our control, please do not panic. As soon as we receive payment - before 15:00 - we ship the goods on the same day, if payment is received after 15:00 - the parcel is prepared for dispatch the next day.

Important terms of courier delivery in Lutsk:

  • Delivery in 1 day is possible if your order is complete, otherwise our manager will call you.
  • The delivery of the order is carried out to your home, the cost is calculated separately.
  • The duties of the courier include checking the completeness and integrity of the order, and the rise of the goods to the floor and its assembly are calculated separately.

Free shipping conditions:

  • Any order worth more than 5000 UAH is delivered by Nova Poshta free of charge.
  • Any order worth more than 1000 UAH is delivered by courier delivery in Lutsk free of charge.

Additional terms of delivery by delivery services:

  • Delivery time - 1-3 days to anywhere in Ukraine.
  • After forming and sending your order, we inform you of the number of the transport declaration.
  • To receive an order, you must have a declaration number and a passport or other document proving your identity.
  • The cost of delivery is formed by the delivery service, based on the dimensions, weight, and volume of the goods, according to the tariffs of the carrier.
  • You pay for delivery services upon receipt of your order, after checking the completeness and integrity of the cargo directly at the point of issue.

Terms of return and exchange:

According to the legislation of Ukraine, the goods are subject to exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that:

  • the product is in the condition in which it was delivered;
  • the product was not in use, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels are preserved, the packaging is not damaged;
  • the product is not included in the list of goods not subject to exchange or return, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;
  • in case of exchange and return, the shipping cost is paid by the client;
  • if a defective or different product was delivered;
  • The cost of re-delivery is paid by the online store;
  • Items can be exchanged, returned or repaired under warranty if the carrier's declaration is presented or the number of the declaration and the letter of guarantee are indicated.

Twins warns that the characteristics of the product, such as colors, may differ on the site from those you receive, due to the peculiarities of the monitor's color settings, therefore, such details must be specified when confirming the order, as well as all the characteristics that are fundamentally important to you product before placing an order.

Check the quality of the received goods before leaving the point of issue. After the operation has begun, the goods cannot be returned and exchanged, but only warranty repair in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
