PAYMENT

You can pay for your purchase on the twins.ua website using the following methods:

• Online checkout through the shopping cart via the LiqPay payment system

• To a bank card via a convenient terminal or payment box

• Bank transfer to the Twins account

We greatly appreciate your interest in our products and ask you to consider the following points when making a payment:

• We work with advance payments (partial prepayment), like all baby product stores.

• Payment details can be clarified with a manager by phone when placing your order (see Ordering section).

• We use secure payment methods and do everything to prevent misunderstandings, so please keep receipts, checks, screenshots, and confirmation emails until you receive the goods and for 14 days after purchase.

• Please also note that electronic or banking systems have their own processing times. If the funds are delayed due to reasons beyond our control, please do not panic. If we receive payment by 3:00 PM, we ship your order the same day; if payment is received after 3:00 PM, the package will be prepared for shipment the next day.

DELIVERY

Delivery of baby products should be as fast as pizza delivery!
Therefore, we offer to deliver your order within 1–3 days via one of the fast and reliable delivery services:

• Nova Poshta

• Ukrposhta

• Courier delivery within Lutsk

IMPORTANT TERMS FOR COURIER DELIVERY IN LUTSK:

• One-day delivery is possible if your order is fully in stock; otherwise, our manager will call you.

• Delivery is made to your home, and the cost is calculated separately.

• The courier is responsible for checking the completeness and integrity of the order. Carrying items upstairs and assembly are charged separately.

FREE DELIVERY TERMS:

• Any order over 3000 UAH is delivered free of charge via Nova Poshta.

• Any order over 1000 UAH is delivered free of charge by courier within Lutsk.

ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR DELIVERY SERVICES:

• Delivery time is 1–3 days to any location in Ukraine.

• After your order is processed and shipped, we will provide you with the shipment declaration number.

• To receive your order, you must have the declaration number and a passport or other ID.

• Delivery cost is calculated by the delivery service based on package size, weight, and volume according to the carrier’s rates.

• Delivery service fees are paid upon receipt of your order, after checking the completeness and condition of the goods directly at the pickup point.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE TERMS:

According to Ukrainian law, products can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase if:

• The product is in the same condition as delivered;

• The product has not been used, retains its original appearance, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, and packaging is undamaged;

• The product is not on the list of items that cannot be exchanged or returned, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;

• In the case of exchange or return, delivery costs are covered by the customer;

• If a defective product or an item different from the one ordered is delivered, the cost of repeat delivery is covered by the online store;

• The product can be exchanged, returned, or repaired under warranty if the carrier’s declaration or declaration number and warranty document are provided.

Twins warns that product characteristics, such as color, may differ from those shown on the website due to monitor settings. Therefore, such details and all other important characteristics should be clarified when confirming the order.

Please check the quality of the received product before leaving the pickup point.
Once the product has been used, it cannot be returned or exchanged, only repaired under warranty in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection.”
