Feel free to contact us in any way that is convenient for you! There is no minimum order amount; however, orders are shipped with a minimum prepayment.

PAYMENT
You can pay for your purchase on twins.ua using the following methods:

• Online checkout through the shopping cart via the LiqPay payment system

• Card-to-card transfer via a terminal or payment box convenient for you

• Bank transfer to the Twins current account

We greatly appreciate your interest in our products and kindly ask you to consider the following payment details:

Payment details can be clarified with our manager by phone when placing an order (see the Orders section).

We use secure payment methods and do everything possible to avoid misunderstandings, therefore we kindly ask you to keep receipts, payment slips, screenshots, and payment confirmation emails until you receive your goods and for 14 days from the date of purchase.

Please also note that electronic and banking systems have their own processing times. If the crediting of funds is delayed for reasons beyond our control, please do not worry. Once we receive the payment — by 2:30 PM — we ship the goods the same day. If the payment is received after 2:30 PM, the parcel will be prepared for shipment on the next business day.

DELIVERY
Delivery of children’s goods should be as fast as pizza delivery!
That’s why we offer delivery of your order within 1–3 days using one of the fast and reliable delivery services:

• Nova Poshta (with partial prepayment)

• Ukrposhta (with full prepayment)

• Courier delivery within the city of Lutsk

IMPORTANT TERMS FOR COURIER DELIVERY IN LUTSK:

Same-day delivery is possible if your order is fully in stock; otherwise, our manager will contact you.

Delivery is made to your building; the cost is calculated separately.

The courier’s responsibilities include checking the completeness and integrity of the order. Carrying items to upper floors and assembly services are charged separately.

FREE DELIVERY TERMS:

Any order over 3,000 UAH is delivered by Nova Poshta free of charge, except for oversized items.

For oversized goods, delivery costs are calculated separately according to the carrier’s tariffs.

Any order over 1,000 UAH is delivered free of charge by courier within the city of Lutsk.

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY TERMS (DELIVERY SERVICES):

Delivery time: 1–3 days to any location in Ukraine.

After your order is processed and shipped, we will provide you with the tracking (waybill) number.

To receive your order, you must have the tracking number and a passport or another form of identification.

Delivery costs are calculated by the delivery service based on the dimensions, weight, and volume of the goods, in accordance with the carrier’s tariffs.

Delivery service fees are paid upon receipt of your order, after checking the completeness and integrity of the shipment directly at the pickup point.
